Privacy Policy

GRINDOR collects the minimum data needed to run the simulator: your email, hashed password, plan status, and simulated trade history. This information stays on our servers and is never sold.

Data Usage

Session data is used to render your positions, calculate stats, and debug performance issues. Aggregated metrics may be used to improve the product but will not identify you.

Payment Information

Paid plans are settled in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a non-custodial gateway. We do not store seed phrases, card numbers, or full wallet details. NOWPayments shares limited metadata with us (invoice ID, payment status, currency pair, amount, and timestamps) so we can unlock your plan, detect failed deposits, and meet bookkeeping requirements.

Because crypto transfers are final, we keep invoice metadata for the life of your account and a reasonable retention window afterward to comply with tax and audit laws. You may request removal of historic records once any mandatory retention period expires by emailing contact@grindor.co.

Third Parties

We rely on Binance public APIs for market data and standard infrastructure providers (database, hosting). No advertising networks or trackers are embedded in the simulator UI. When you complete a payment, NOWPayments acts as the relevant third party with its own privacy policy and compliance obligations.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and related data at any time by contacting contact@grindor.co. We will confirm removal within a reasonable timeframe.
